Placements24 is seeking a Senior Automotive NVH Engineer to join a fully remote engineering team. You will analyze, predict, and mitigate NVH issues across powertrain, chassis, body, and interior using advanced simulation tools and experiments.

You will collaborate with global teams, develop mitigation strategies, and contribute to achieving best-in-class NVH performance while maintaining clear communication in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or related field with NVH specialization.
• 7+ years of automotive NVH experience.
• Strong knowledge of acoustic principles, vibration analysis, and automotive systems.
• Experience with NVH simulation software and measurement tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive NVH analysis and simulation using advanced tools to identify noise and vibration issues.
• Develop and implement NVH mitigation strategies for vehicle components and systems.
• Design and execute experimental NVH testing on components, sub-systems, and full vehicles.
• Correlate simulation results with experimental data to refine models.
• Collaborate with design engineers to integrate NVH requirements early in development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex NVH problems from internal or external sources.
• Develop NVH performance targets and specifications for new programs.
