Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive NVH engineering.
• Proven expertise in NVH simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN, STAR-CD).
• Hands-on experience with NVH measurement equipment and techniques.
• Strong understanding of acoustics, vibration theory, and vehicle dynamics.
• Proficiency in data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g., LMS Test.Lab, MATLAB).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct NVH analysis using simulation tools (e.g., FEM, BEM, Modal Analysis) for components and full vehicle systems.
• Develop and execute experimental NVH testing plans, including component and vehicle level validation.
• Diagnose and resolve NVH issues through data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement NVH mitigation strategies.
• Define NVH performance targets and specifications for new vehicle programs.
• Develop and maintain NVH test equipment and procedures.
• Stay current with the latest NVH technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to management and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior NVH engineers and support their technical development.
