Qualifications

• Proven expertise in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting routers, switches and firewalls.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and a solid understanding of security principles.
• Strong analytical skills and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage network infrastructure for multiple sites.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and resolve disruptions efficiently.
• Conduct regular network assessments and capacity planning for growth.
• Collaborate on upgrades, installations and maintenance projects.
• Maintain security protocols to protect information and prevent access.
• Prepare and maintain network configuration documentation and policies.
• Provide technical consultancy for network-related staff queries.
• Stay updated with industry trends to improve network efficiency.
• Assist Service Delivery Manager with duties.
