Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP environment. The role is remote (USA - EST) with a 12-month contract and high renewal potential.

You will work closely with finance, operations and IT to translate business needs into NetSuite configurations, build dashboards and reports, and ensure data integrity and security across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite Administrator experience.
• Strong NetSuite configuration and reporting knowledge.
• Experience supporting ERP across finance, order management, operations.
• Excellent communication and remote work ability.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain NetSuite platform, including roles, permissions, configurations.
• Serve as primary NetSuite support contact for issues.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release coordination.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to translate needs into NetSuite configurations.
• Develop and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and internal control compliance.
• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
