Qualifications

• 3–5 years of NetSuite support experience.
• Solid background in finance systems support.
• Strong communication and training documentation skills.
• Able to translate tech speak into layman language.
• Experience with global, remote teams and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level NetSuite and finance system support for users.
• Manage support tickets and adhere to SLAs.
• Deliver a great user experience when things go wrong.
• Oversee user access and system security.
• Identify repeat issues and implement fixes.
• Participate in system improvements, upgrades, and projects.
• Create documentation and training content for users.
• Test, tweak, and ensure new solutions work correctly.
