Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Developer to lead end‑to‑end delivery for sustainability platforms in South Africa. You will architect scalable systems, develop APIs and rich UIs, and mentor junior engineers across AWS/Azure environments.

You will design data schemas, ensure ESG reporting data quality, and collaborate closely with product owners and UX designers using Agile methodologies. Hybrid work setup supports in‑office collaboration and remote work.

Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Solution Design: Architect scalable, secure software aligned with sustainability platforms.
• Full‑Stack Development: Build back‑end APIs/micro‑services (C# .NET Core, Node.js, Python Django) and front‑end (React/Angular/Vue + TS).
• Database Management: Design/optimize PostgreSQL, MSSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Mentorship & Leadership: Lead code reviews, pair programming, and workshops.
• DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure: Manage CI/CD and cloud infra (AWS / Azure).
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Owners, UX, QA in Agile/Scrum.
• Production Support: Diagnose and resolve live production issues; ensure uptime.
