Job summary

ATS Client is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own day-to-day administration and optimization of the NetSuite ERP environment. This role involves configuring user roles, workflows, and dashboards while partnering with business users to improve efficiency and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, strong collaboration with finance, operations and IT, and the ability to work remotely from a USA EST time zone. Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Strong NetSuite configuration, user management, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience supporting ERP processes across finance, order management, and operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations
• Provide NetSuite-related support and resolve system issues
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release coordination
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into NetSuite configurations
• Develop and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user training materials
