Optimal Growth Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a 12-month contract aligned to EST time-zone. The role focuses on administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Salesforce platform.

The successful candidate will work remotely, collaborate with business stakeholders across the organisation, and ensure data integrity, security, and effective automation solutions. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, reporting, and automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Provide ongoing Salesforce support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Salesforce environment.
• Assist with system enhancements, updates, integrations, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and maintain relevant system documentation and processes.
• Provide guidance and support to Salesforce users where required.
