Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Accountant for a hybrid role at their Centurion, Gauteng headquarters. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, delivering insights for strategic decision-making and performance management across the organization.

The role requires 7+ years in management accounting, strong FP&A and ERP experience, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CIMA/ACCA/CA(SA) designation preferred.
• 7+ years in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong FP&A, ERP, and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analyses and performance reports.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leaders.
• Oversee cost accounting, including product costing and inventory valuation.
• Refine financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Mentor junior members of the finance team.
