Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Moderate knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Moderate familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
• Experience working with vendors/3rd parties.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors the work queues.
• Resolves incidents and requests within the SLA.
• Updates tickets with resolution tasks performed.
• Investigates issues and logs incidents promptly.
• Provides second-line support across multiple technology domains.
• Communicates with teams and clients for extended support.
• Executes changes with risk and mitigation plans in change records.
• Participates in maintenance activities and handovers.
• Escalates tickets to CoE or management when needed.
• Collaborates with automation teams to optimize tasks.
• May assist on project work or Disaster Recovery exercises.
