Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant certifications carry weight for the role.
• Minimum three years in a similar managed services/ITOps role.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for incidents and requests.
• Proactive monitoring and timely resolution within SLA.
• Coordinate with CoE and other teams for escalation.
• Document changes and maintain knowledge articles.
• Support maintenance, DR tests, and change management.
