Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
• 6+ years in e-commerce management with at least 2 in a senior role.
• Proven success in driving online sales and managing high-traffic sites.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics.
• Experience with luxury retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales and market share growth.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal user experience and performance.
• Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage online product catalog, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality imagery, and competitive pricing.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and flash sales to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive online strategy.
• Stay informed about the latest e-commerce technologies, trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage the e-commerce budget and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
• Ensure brand consistency and luxury positioning across all digital touchpoints.
