Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 required.
• 3+ years IT support in MSP/multi-client environment.
• Current Microsoft 365 certification.
• CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking cert.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server and AD networks.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers remotely and on-site
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, applications, operating systems and connectivity issues
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and user access management
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualisation and backup systems
• Diagnose network issues involving LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls and internet connectivity
• Manage support tickets from initial diagnosis through to resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and regular customer communication
• Assist with system monitoring, patching, security updates, hardware installations, upgrades and IT infrastructure projects
• Maintain technical documentation and provide guidance to junior support staff while collaborating with the wider technical team
