Lee-Ann Cullen in Durban is seeking a technically skilled Level 2 Support Engineer to join a dynamic IT company. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration, a current Microsoft 365 certification, and a CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking qualification.

You will troubleshoot desktops, servers, networking and cloud services, provide on-site and remote support, manage tickets, and help with documentation, monitoring and IT projects.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years hands-on IT support or systems administration in MSP or multi-customer env.
• Current Microsoft 365 certification.
• CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, applications, OS and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and user access.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization and backups.
• Diagnose network issues including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls and internet.
• Manage support tickets from diagnosis to resolution with clear customer communication.
• Assist with monitoring, patching, security updates, installations, upgrades and projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and guide junior staff with the wider team.
