Job summary

You will handle first-line incidents, perform desktop hardware troubleshooting, and assist with software configuration while delivering prompt, professional service.
The role requires 2–3 years IT support experience, strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and willingness to travel between sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years in IT support or helpdesk.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between sites.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
- Log, track, and resolve calls in ITSM system.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer hardware.
- Install and configure software, drivers, and OS.
- Support Microsoft 365 and email configurations.
- Reset passwords and manage user accounts.
- Assist with basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Provide remote support using approved tools.
- Escalate to Level 2 when needed and follow up.
- Maintain incident documentation and asset records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and comply with IT policies and SLAs.
