Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in industrial process analysis and optimization, with heavy industry/manufacturing focus.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies with Black Belt certification highly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing industrial processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for process optimization using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Design and refine workflows, material handling, and production layouts to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead cross-functional Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other improvement initiatives.
• Establish, track, and report KPIs related to process efficiency and productivity.
• Create business cases and financial justifications for process improvements and capital investments.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations to ensure sustainable implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated on latest technologies and best practices in industrial process optimization.
• Ensure optimized processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to management and stakeholders.
