Qualifications
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry or related field.
- 7+ years in analytical chemistry with leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation.
- Proven ability to develop, validate, and document analytical methods per regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis for method validation and data interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, validation, and implementation of advanced analytical methods (HPLC, GC, MS, spectroscopy).
- Oversee method transfer and troubleshooting for analytical instruments.
- Manage and mentor a team of analytical chemists and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, ISO and internal quality systems.
- Analyze and interpret complex analytical data and report to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on advancements in analytical instrumentation and methodologies.
