Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
• 6+ years of analytical chemistry experience, with 2+ years in lead/supervisory role.
• Expertise in method development and validation for small molecules or biologics.
• Proficiency with a wide range of instrumentation and software.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (GLP, ICH).

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, and implementation of analytical methods using HPLC, GC, MS, and spectroscopy.
• Oversee routine sample analysis to ensure timely, accurate results for research and QC.
• Mentor a team of analytical chemists and provide technical guidance.
