Job summary

Requires Ph.D. or Master’s in Organic or Analytical Chemistry, at least 5 years post-graduate R&D experience, strong hands-on skills with NMR, GC-MS and HPLC, and excellent data interpretation and

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduate research experience in an R&D setting.
• Proficiency with modern analytical instrumentation and spectroscopic techniques.
• Experience with computational chemistry tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory research to discover and synthesize novel chemical compounds with potential applications.
• Develop and optimize chemical synthesis routes and reaction conditions for new products.
• Perform rigorous analytical testing and characterization of synthesized materials using techniques such as NMR, GC-MS, and HPLC.
• Document research findings, experimental procedures, and results meticulously in lab notebooks and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up new discoveries.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in relevant chemical fields.
