Placements24 invites a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our Pretoria office in a hybrid setup. You will manage a portfolio within banking and insurance sectors, delivering strategic advisory and ensuring client success.

The role requires 5+ years in account management, strong CRM skills (Salesforce/HubSpot), and the ability to drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in account management or related fields within financial services or tech.
Experience in financial services or technology sector is required.
Deep understanding of banking, insurance and investment management.
CRM software experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) is essential.
Willingness to travel within Pretoria region and surroundings.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in financial services.
