Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales within financial services.
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios and achieving retention/growth targets.
• Strong understanding of financial products, investment principles and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
• Proficiency with CRM software and financial management tools.
• Certifications such as RE1 or RE5 are advantageous.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Rustenburg, North West, ZA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts in financial services.
