Job summary

RecruiTech in KwaZulu-Natal seeks an experienced IT engineer/support professional to join a hands-on technical team. You will apply a root-cause approach to complex client environments, delivering stable, secure and resilient IT services across MSP settings.

With 5+ years in IT engineering, you'll work independently at an L3 level, troubleshoot escalations, and collaborate on cross-client projects. The role offers a challenging environment where technical excellence is valued and impactful

• 5+ years' experience in IT engineering/support.
• Proven MSP or multi-client environment experience.
• Strong troubleshooting with root-cause approach.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years' experience in IT engineering/support
• Proven MSP or multi-client environment experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a root cause approach

• Microsoft 365 & Azure (Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access)
• Windows Server & cloud infrastructure
• Networking (Firewalls, VPNs, Routing, DNS)
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• RMM platforms, monitoring & automation
• PowerShell scripting
• End-to-end technical project delivery

Bonus

• Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications
• ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA experience
• Security hardening and documentation standards
