About the Role

This role, based initially with remote flexibility and future hybrid expectations in Centurion , is ideal for a recruiter passionate about the tech industry. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing skilled IT professionals, including developers, engineers, project managers, and data scientists. Building strong relationships with both tech companies and IT talent is key to success. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles such as software engineers, data analysts, and IT project managers.
• Partner with clients in the technology sector to understand their staffing needs and company culture.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies within the IT industry to better serve clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
