About the Role

Our client, a reputable and growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to join their established team. This role is entirely Remote , allowing you to leverage your expertise in IT talent acquisition from anywhere. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of IT roles, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and software development, for a portfolio of leading clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT positions, ensuring timely and effective placements.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements, company culture, and hiring needs.
• Source high-quality IT candidates through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients regarding IT talent trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and potential candidates.
• Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage the candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on the latest IT technologies and industry trends to better serve clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on Information Technology (IT) roles.
• Proven ability to successfully operate and deliver results in a fully Remote work setting.
• In-depth knowledge of IT specializations such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and network infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development within the IT recruitment space.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches effectively.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or professional certifications in IT or Human Resources are advantageous.
