• Strong commercial judgement and ability to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess candidate fit beyond CVs, focusing on skills, culture and long-term success.
• Source and network using your own channels to bring in top talent.
• Specialise by placing talent in IT and Financial Services.
• Advise clients from briefing to offer with commercial insight.
• Leverage recruitment systems and AI to speed and sharpen the process.
• Make independent, informed selection decisions without sign-off.
