Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an Intermediate 360 IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles in Cape Town. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while maintaining strong client relationships and providing market insights.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful placements. You will work in a dynamic team and support onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or IT.
• 3–5 years of 360 recruitment experience in IT.
• Proven track record of placements and client management.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand hiring needs.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess suitability and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding and integration.
