Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Industrial Process Specialist to join its virtual operations team. This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing industrial processes from anywhere, driving efficiency and cost reductions across global projects.

You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, utilize simulation and data analytics, and collaborate with distributed engineers and managers to deliver scalable process improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering and process optimization.
• Proven leadership of large-scale process improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred).
• Strong skills in data analytics, simulation software and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize complex industrial processes to remove bottlenecks.
• Design optimized process flows and system improvements.
• Use data analytics, simulation, and Lean methods to drive efficiency.
• Create process documentation, SOPs and best-practice guides.
• Collaborate with virtual teams to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for changes.
