Ideal candidates bring a Master’s in Industrial Engineering (PhD a plus) and 10+ years of experience in process innovation, Lean Six Sigma, and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a focus on process innovation and strategic operational improvement.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of innovative process improvements and systems.
• Analyze workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies for major process re-engineering projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams in Lean Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic operational objectives.
