You will analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and deploy solutions that boost productivity and reduce operational costs, working closely with plant management and production teams to deliver tangible gains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial engineering within plant operations.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping and simulation software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with diverse plant personnel.

Responsibilities

Analyze plant operations to identify bottlenecks and efficiency improvements.
Develop and implement process improvements for production lines and facility layout.
Conduct time studies, capacity planning and work measurement to optimize resources.
Collaborate with production teams to apply lean principles and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain SOPs for key plant processes.
Monitor KPIs and report on performance and project outcomes.
