You will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, use data analytics, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with production, quality and management to implement robust solutions and sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering or similar operational-improvement role
• Experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in statistical software

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and quality
• Lead the design and rollout of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma projects
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation
• Conduct capacity planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization studies
• Use statistical analysis and data visualization to identify trends and support decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and project success
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and operators on process-improvement techniques
• Evaluate new technologies or methodologies to boost efficiency
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
