Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
6+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, plant operations.
Expertise in process optimization, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment, and automation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Effective communication and leadership to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and redesign of plant production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives across the plant floor.
Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs for operational efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality control departments to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and automation within the plant.
Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation studies to optimize plant output.
