Qualifications

• Experience with MES or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts.
• Implement lean principles and value stream mapping to reduce lead times.
• Conduct time and motion studies to set production standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
