Placements24 is seeking a proactive Industrial Engineer dedicated to Operations Improvement to join their team in Upington, Northern Cape. This on-site role focuses on analyzing processes, identifying improvements, and implementing practical solutions to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

You will lead time studies, map processes, and collaborate with operations and management to drive measurable KPIs, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma to deliver tangible results in a key regional center.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial engineering with focus on operations improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Design and optimize workflows, layouts, and material handling systems.
• Conduct time and motion studies, data analysis, and feasibility studies for proposed changes.
• Collaborate with operational teams and management to implement improvements effectively.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure impact of improvement initiatives.
