Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing or plant operations environment.
• Proven experience in applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong skills in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and performance metric development.
• Familiarity with CAD software for layout design and process mapping.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Ability to work effectively on-site and engage directly with shop-floor personnel.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational enhancements.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze plant processes to identify waste, inefficiency, and safety hazards in Kimberley.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.
• Design and optimize plant layouts, workflows, and material handling systems to enhance efficiency.
• Perform capacity planning, production scheduling analysis, and resource optimization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for plant operations, with regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to sustain improvements.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for plant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
