Qualifications

• Professional SACAP registration is essential.
• 7-9 years post-qualification experience in industrial, processing, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience designing complex industrial buildings, plants, or related facilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural design for industrial and infrastructure projects focusing on functionality, safety, and efficiency.
• Develop concept, schematic, and detailed construction documents for industrial facilities.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations, environmental standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
• Manage architectural design packages and coordinate with contractors during construction.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Stay current with best practices in industrial architectural design and technology.
