Qualifications

• Ability to mentor and supervise ICT Supports.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily checks on IT infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN) to ensure uptime.
• Installs new servers and coordinates hardware deployments.
• Maintains security protocols and patching procedures (BitLocker, SCCM).
• Oversees campus ICT Service Desk and staff performance.
