Job summary

Bidvest Prestige is seeking an experienced ICT professional to support infrastructure and networks in a dynamic environment. The role covers servers, networks, telephony, and security, with responsibility for installation, configuration, and ongoing operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT Server/Network roles, experience with Microsoft/HP/Cisco environments, and VOIP telephony exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT Server/Network experience, preferably in service industries with Microsoft/HP/Cisco environments.
• At least 6 months VOIP telephony experience.
• Formal qualification in information technology or relevant experience.
• Matric (Senior Certificate) required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT 1st to 3rd line support for servers, networks, telephony, and security.
• Install and configure hardware/software for networking, telephony, Windows Server and apps.
• Monitor and troubleshoot OS, network devices, and security to maintain SLA.
• Manage firmware/patching and asset/inventory controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage SLAs for ICT services.
