Placements24 is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives nationwide. The role is remote, offering strategic direction, compliance oversight, and a focus on best practice within the Oil & Gas sector.

You will develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies, train staff, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement while promoting a strong safety culture and sustainable environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HSE management, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HSE programs and policies.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working remotely and managing teams across different locations.

About the Role
