The role requires 7+ years in HSE, a bachelor's degree, strong leadership, and excellent communication and analytics skills to drive a proactive safety culture in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE management in Oil & Gas.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing robust HSE policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills for remote management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a virtual environment.
