Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a fully remote role supporting global Oil & Gas operations. You will develop and oversee comprehensive HSE strategies, foster a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across sites worldwide.

Lead incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and provide HSE leadership and training to teams and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience in developing and managing HSE management systems (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
• Strong leadership and communication skills; global/regional program delivery.

You will be instrumental in fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in HSE performance worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global HSE policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with company objectives and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international HSE regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HSE management , with significant experience in the Oil & Gas industry .
• Proven expertise in developing and managing comprehensive HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
• Strong understanding of global HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
