The role covers talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, change management, DEI initiatives, and data-driven HR analytics. A Bachelor's degree is required and 5–7 years in HR with 3+ in an HRBP role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years HR experience, with 3+ years in an HRBP or strategic role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies.
• Advise business leaders on HR matters and support leadership in teams.
• Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, recommend solutions, and measure program effectiveness.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee employee relations matters, investigations, and policy adherence.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent.
