Job summary

Placements24 in Sandton, Gauteng, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner focused on Workforce Planning. You will partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, design workforce strategies, and ensure the right talent is in the right roles to drive growth in a competitive market.

You will lead talent management, succession planning, and organisational design initiatives, analyse HR data to guide decisions, and ensure compliance with SA labour laws.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' progressive HR experience with strategic workforce planning.
• Experience in workforce planning, succession planning and organisational design.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of South African labour laws and employment equity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic goals into workforce plans.
• Develop workforce planning models including forecasting, skills gap analysis and scenario planning.
• Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate on organisational design for optimal structure and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet future needs.
• Oversee talent management, performance, career development and retention.
