Job summary

Think-Career is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a full-time, on-site role based in Benoni. You will partner with the CEO and leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, leading the full HR function in a standalone capacity.

This position covers strategy and operations across recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations, training, and compliance with labour law.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end HR initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.
• Ability to implement policy and governance across the employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on HR practitioner capable of operating standalone.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and management on people strategy, culture and org effectiveness.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes end-to-end.
• Drive performance management and support managers on under-performance.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and conflicts.
• Coordinate training, development, and talent management initiatives.
• Maintain HR policies, records, contracts and administration.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal HR governance.
• Prepare HR reports and insights for leadership.
