Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an HR & People Operations Expert based in South Africa. This remote, independent contract role focuses on designing realistic HR tasks, including payroll operations, workforce planning, HR policy interpretation, and employee lifecycle processes, using clear reference materials.

You will establish objective evaluation criteria, prepare supporting documentation, and ensure task quality while meeting deadlines.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on HR experience in payroll, workforce planning, policy implementation, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience designing structured HR procedures, checklists, or training assessments.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage documents and data across HR reference materials.
• Fluent English (minimum B2), with strong written and verbal communication.
• HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHR) are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Independent working style with reliability and ability to meet deadlines.
