iOCO Limited is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead HR & Payroll implementations, translating client requirements into effective technology solutions.

You will configure Symplexity HR & Payroll modules, manage internal and user acceptance testing, deliver training, and drive project delivery while upholding service agreements.

Based in Pretoria, travel to client sites will be required to ensure successful deployments and ongoing client support.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in HR & Payroll environments
• Strong business requirements analysis and documentation
• Experience configuring Symplexity HR & Payroll modules
• Knowledge of statutory and legislative HR/payroll rules
• Ability to conduct UAT and provide training
• Willingness to travel to client sites
