Job summary

Labournet seeks a Payroll Implementation Consultant in Gauteng with a hybrid work setup. You will lead the full implementation of Labournet’s payroll platform, focusing on data migration, configuration, and client handovers to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

You will work with cross-functional teams, stay updated on legislation, and drive ongoing competency through learning sessions while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business or HR-related field or equivalent experience (1-2 years).
• 1–2 years experience implementing payroll/HRIS systems advantageous.
• Knowledge of statutory employment laws related to responsibilities is beneficial.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and drive implementation using Labournet processes.
• Manage data migration, validation, and configuration for new hires.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver within scope and budget.
• Create and maintain implementation plans; conduct client meetings.
• Support ad-hoc projects to improve configuration and innovation.
