TydeCo seeks a Senior HRP Consultant to guide complex payroll and human capital projects across multi-regional environments. You will provide strategic advisory, implement solutions, and mentor delivery teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and client success.

The role is remote within Gauteng with optional office work, and may involve travel to other SA regions. Strong client engagement and global payroll knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll and HR consulting in multi-regional environments.
• Proven experience with Sage 300 People (Payroll & HR).
• Strong client-facing advisory and implementation skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver client-facing HRP and payroll consulting with Sage 300 People.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, training, and go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate across regions and manage billable client work.
