Flair TM seeks a senior HR leader to helm Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and payroll oversight for about 600 employees. The role drives performance management, training, EA reporting and compliance across multiple sites within South Africa.

You will shape HR strategy, manage disciplinary processes, coordinate WSP/ATR submissions and develop organisational structures. A proven track record in large, multi-site environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field is essential.
• Proven senior HR leadership experience with a large workforce (~600).
• Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation, EE and B-BBEE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee Industrial Relations and Employee Relations functions.
• Manage disciplinaries, grievances, hearings and investigations.
• Coordinate payroll oversight and HR operations across lifecycle.
• Drive performance management, appraisals and succession planning.
• Coordinate WSP, ATR and Skills Development submissions.
• Maintain organograms, job descriptions and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and CCMA processes.
