Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR and employee-relations matters, including leave, attendance, absenteeism, and employee records.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Contract Management: Prepare and review employment, temporary, facilitator, and training-related contracts.
• Employee Relations: Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance-management processes.
• Compliance & Legal: Provide practical guidance on BCEA, LRA, EEA, and other applicable labour requirements, assisting with HR policies and procedures.
• Skills Development Support: Support training programme staffing and learner/participant contracting where required.
• Advisory: Advise management on HR/IR risks and recommend appropriate actions while maintaining confidential and accurate HR documentation.
