Transport in Centurion, South Africa, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving talent management across units. You will foster a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations issues, and implement HR programs to support business unit goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in HR (or related field), with 10+ years of HR leadership experience, deep SA labor law

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, industrial psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience driving talent management, organizational development and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending resolutions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs to support business needs and ensure compliance.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
